What about support?
The opalORB is supported by OCI, a highly experienced CORBA software engineering organization, in much the same way as OCI’s other open source products:- ACE, TAO, MPC, JacORB and Ovation. We provide ad hoc support at an hourly time and materials rate, we can provide 24 by 7 support should you require it, and we can come on-site to mentor/assist your team in start-up.
Support may be trequested by submitting a Problem Report Form (PRF) found herehttp://opalorb.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/opalorb/opalORB/docs/PROBLEM-REPORT-FORM to support@ociweb.com. Clients with an active support agreement and a funded purchase order on file will receive immediate support. To obtain support contact OCI sales. Payment for support may also be made using a credit card. This approach can be more expeditious.
