Medical

OCI offers eligible Employees a comprehensive medical insurance plan. This plan is administered through BlueCross BlueShield.

Dental

OCI's dental plan, administered through Delta Dental, allows you to choose any dentist within a network of participants. Preventative dental services are covered 100%.

401K

OCI offers a 401K plan that is managed through Salomon Smith Barney. Employees have the opportunity to enroll at any time during the year.

Short and Long Term Disability Insurance

STD/LTD is offered to all regular, full-time employees on the first of the month following the employees first day of employment.

Vacation

Full-time Employees are eligible for 10 days (2 weeks) of paid vacation per year.  After 5 years of service, employees will earn vacation days at a rate of 15 days (3 weeks) per year.

Sick Days

OCI employees are eligible for five (5) sick days per year.

Holidays

OCI observes the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, & one (1) floating holiday.

Educational Assistance

OCI provides tuition reimbursement for accredited university courses for Regular, Full-time Employees.
